The Philippine public women’s volleyball squad is made a beeline for Brazil for a three-week camp, intended to set them up for the 31st Southeast Asian Games. The group leaves on Tuesday for Barueri, a district in the State of São Paulo.

Driving the way in the group is Creamline star Alyssa Valdez, who last Friday procured Finals MVP respects for driving the Cool Smashers to the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference title. She is joined by colleague Jema Galanza and Kyle Negrito, who will replace Choco Mucho’s Deanna Wong in the SEA Games arrangement.

Wong supported a physical issue in the Flying Titans’ mission that precluded her for the biennial competition. Additionally set to join the group are Iris Tolenada, Kath Arado, Dawn Macandili, Dell Palomata, Jaja Santiago, Aby Maraño, Ria Meneses, Ces Molina, Kat Tolentino, Mylene Paat, and Majoy Baron. Secondary school stars Jelai Gajero and Casiey Dongallo complete the line-up. The group will be instructed by Jorge Edson Souza de Brito and Odjie Mamon, alongside Grace Antigua and Raffy Mosuela.

The Philippine public women’s volleyball crew is set to leave today for Brazil where the crew will set up an instructional course as a feature of a significant development for the Vietnam 2022 Southeast Asian Games live set for May 12 to 23 in Hanoi, Vietnam but some of sports will be started on 6 May.

The Philippine National Volleyball Federation said the ladies’ group will hold a three-week camp as they hope to sack the tricky gold award in the biennial meet. Standing out are Creamline partners Alyssa Valdez and Jema Galanza who just wrapped up a productive mission in the 2022 PVL Open Conference, where they proved to be the best against Petro Gazz.

The women’s group is the remainder of the public crew to be sent for abroad preparation as their men’s partner has previously closed its Qatar preparing last April 5 while the ocean side volleyball crews traveled to Australia to lead their preparation.
